In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Perform the daily mise en place for the assigned station, ensuring the correct preparation of ingredients and utensils.
Prepare à la carte and menu dishes following the group's quality standards, maintaining the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
Manage and control orders during service, ensuring an efficient and coordinated workflow.
Communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager to ensure optimal provisioning.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the workstation at all times.
Constantly collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide agile and high-quality service to customers.
Job Requirements
Education: Studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, and/or Hospitality.
Experience: At least 3 years in similar positions within the sector.
Food handler’s certificate: Valid and issued within the last 2 years.
