Senior BIM Coordinator (100% Remote)

In this position, you will take on responsibilities such as:

Developing and implementing standards, protocols, and workflows within the BIM department.

Managing and coordinating the team to maintain the BIM execution plan, ensuring the integration of different disciplines in terms of quality and deadlines.

Organizing regular BIM coordination meetings to communicate changes and resolve design conflicts.

Identifying and coordinating the resolution of design issues.

Staying updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices, applying them to projects.

Writing BEPs and managing BIM contracts.

Presenting and controlling drawings before the BIM Manager.

Applying good environmental practices and being familiar with the company’s quality and environmental policies.

Job Requirements

Education: Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or Technical Vocational Training.

Experience: At least 8 years as a draftsman with advanced Revit skills.

Languages: English level C1.
