Your main responsibilities
Check-in & Check-out: Reception and welcoming of guests, managing arrivals/departures, room assignment, and charging for stay and extra services.
Customer Service and Loyalty: Providing information about hotel facilities, local tourist recommendations, and prompt resolution of requests or incidents.
Reservation and Operations Management: Controlling bookings through various channels, managing the telephone switchboard, and performing cash counts/closures.
Internal Coordination: Constant liaison with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms and common areas are always in top condition.
What are we looking for in you?
Education: University Degree / Diploma (highly valued in Tourism, Hospitality, Philology, or similar).
