Event Staff for Barcelona

Are you passionate about the world of events, enjoy direct interaction with people, and are looking for a dynamic job in Barcelona? At Synergie, we are recruiting Event Staff to join the organization of major events, congresses, festivals, and fairs held in the city.

We are looking for proactive individuals with excellent presence, energy, and a clear customer service orientation to ensure the best experience for attendees.

What we offer

Contract: Fixed-term intermittent (ideal for combining with other activities or having stability in the events sector).

Working hours: Flexible / Adapted to event days.

Work mode: On-site in Barcelona.

Salary: Competitive range according to agreement/merit (€1,000 - €3,000 gross/month depending on events/hours worked).

Your main responsibilities

Access and Control: Validate tickets, scan QR codes, distribute wristbands, and manage smooth access flow.

Reception and Accreditation: Register attendees, distribute physical/digital credentials, and provide initial welcome.

Visitor Assistance: Guide guests to rooms, VIP areas, catering, or seats, resolving queries quickly and kindly.

Logistical Support: Occasional help with light setup/breakdown, cloakroom management, and merchandising distribution.

Coordination: Manage crowd flow in large venues and report incidents directly to supervisors.

What we look for in you

Education: High school diploma or vocational training.

Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, events, hospitality, or promotion.

Key skills: Proactive attitude, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving under unexpected situations.

Desirable: Knowledge of languages is a plus (especially English due to the international nature of events in Barcelona).
