Foresta Wellness is the wellness space of Arima Hotel & Spa, a 4-star Superior hotel in Donostia-San Sebastián belonging to Small Luxury Hotels. What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire a versatile person to perform reception and customer service duties at Foresta Wellness, combined with providing massages and treatments in the treatment rooms. We want a positive, dynamic, and responsible profile, with a service vocation, commercial sensitivity, and passion for wellness.

The selected person must convey trust and professionalism, anticipate the client's needs, and contribute to a carefully crafted experience consistent with the center's quality standards.

What will your duties be?

- Welcome, assist, and accompany guests and external clients during their experience at Foresta Wellness.

- Manage reservations, availability, and treatment schedules by phone, email, and internal channels.

- Inform and advise about the Spa Menu, treatments, circuits, and products, promoting sales and customer loyalty.

- Perform massages, rituals, and facial and body treatments according to the center's protocols.

- Prepare the treatment room and create an optimal atmosphere of wellness, hygiene, comfort, and privacy.

- Handle payments, basic invoicing, vouchers, closings, and other administrative tasks related to the WELLNESS reception.

- Support in the water area by explaining the circuit and guiding clients during their visit when necessary.

- Resolve inquiries, incidents, complaints, or conflicts with empathy, agility, and a customer satisfaction focus.

- Maintain the operational, quality, and service standards established for the entire Spa.

- Coordinate with the rest of the team and collaborate on other tasks related to the daily operation of the center.

Requirements:

- Qualification related to massage and wellness: manual therapy, vocational training in Personal Image, specialization in therapies, or equivalent training.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in therapist or masseur roles; additional experience in Spa, Wellness, or hotel reception is a plus.

- Proficiency in Spa techniques: massages, facial and body treatments, wraps, peelings, and rituals.

- Customer service vocation, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and commercial orientation.

- Organizational ability to manage schedules, clients, and daily operations simultaneously.

- Professionalism, responsibility, good appearance, initiative, and team spirit.

- Ability to resolve complaints and conflicts with judgment and calmness.

- Spanish and English; other languages, especially French, are valued.

- Basic computer skills (Office package and reservation or management tools).

- Availability, especially to work weekends and holidays.

Valued:

- Knowledge and handling of Luxury Spa Standards or equivalent luxury hotel protocols.

- Training in Tourism, reception, protocol, customer service, or consultative sales.

- Professional references and recommendations.

- Own vehicle.
