IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Preparing ingredients and dishes for both midday and evening service

Organizing and completing the daily production/preparation list

Cooking, finishing, and plating dishes during the midday service

Accurately following Emi X’s recipes, quantities, portions, preparation methods, and presentation standards

Consistently reproducing each dish without unauthorized changes

Consulting with the manager before changing any recipe, ingredient, method, portion, or presentation

Coordinating smoothly with the front-of-house team during midday service

Monitoring the quality, freshness, labeling, and storage of ingredients

Following hygiene and food safety procedures at all times

Cleaning and organizing the kitchen, leaving it ready for the afternoon/evening team
