Loader Operator in Carrión de los Condes

REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE is an organization with over 100 years of experience, dedicated to meeting the needs of the agricultural sector in the Tierra de Campos region. We work closely with farmers and livestock breeders, contributing to the labor, educational, and welfare development of the area.

We are currently looking to hire a Loader - Warehouse Assistant for our central warehouses in Carrión de los Condes (Palencia) through a replacement contract. The selected person will be responsible for operating loading and unloading machinery, serving as a key operational support and working closely with the Warehouse Manager and the Logistics Supervisor at our offices. Main duties include loading and unloading trucks, moving grain, fertilizers, and seeds, receiving and dispatching goods according to loading orders, maintaining order in the facilities, and providing direct assistance to member farmers and transporters.

We seek a candidate with proven experience as a loader or operator of loading machinery, preferably in the agricultural sector or grain warehouses, and who holds a valid forklift/loader operator license. We especially value teamwork skills, the ability to follow instructions coordinated with the office, dynamism, and good communication abilities. As this is a seasonal sector, availability and flexibility to face the challenges of different times of the year will be required.

We offer a full-time position under a replacement contract. The usual schedule outside the campaign period will be Monday to Friday, split shift from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, with flexibility required to work rotating morning or afternoon shifts during the agricultural campaign season.
