Nurse for Geriatric Residence (Immediate Start) in Tordesillas

In this position, your main responsibilities will be:

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor the health status of residents, ensuring personalized and quality care.

Manage, control, and administer prescribed medication and treatments, ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual.

Coordinate directly with the center's physician and the rest of the interdisciplinary team to guarantee comprehensive care.

Attend to and communicate with families within the scope of your responsibilities, providing clear information and support at all times.

Job Details

Education: A university degree in Nursing or similar studies is required.

Work schedule: Full-time.

Start date: Availability to start as soon as possible.

Stability: Full-time contract.
