Purchasing and Logistics Manager (Advanced Excel)

At EFI Higiene S.L., a leading company in the national commercialization and distribution of cleaning products, disinfection, and PPE, we are looking to hire a Purchasing and Logistics Manager to strengthen our commitment to efficiency and sustainability. As Purchasing and Logistics Manager, your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of all operations related to purchasing, warehousing, and logistics, working closely with different departments to guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:

Comprehensive management of purchasing, stock supply, and breakage analysis. Supervision of machinery, equipment, and warehouse maintenance, as well as compliance with safety regulations and ADR. Daily planning and optimization of transport routes, delivery control, and management of incidents with suppliers and customers. Inventory administration, definition of safety stock levels, and strict control of entries and exits through IT systems. Coordination and supervision of the team of drivers and couriers, as well as shipments managed by external agencies. Administrative management of orders, invoicing, tariff review, and preparation of public tenders.

Job requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles and forklift operation.

Forklift license: Essential, with at least three years of practical experience.

IT and Excel: Advanced proficiency, especially for inventory management, sales and purchasing analysis, and review of SOR and Lean objectives.

Customer service: Proven ability to manage incidents and orders via phone and electronic communication.

Key competencies: Decision making, initiative, analytical thinking, strategic planning, and organizational knowledge.

Complementary competencies: Customer orientation, self-control, empathy, communication, alignment with company values, organizational skills, and concern for order and quality.

Job details

Schedule: 08:30-17:00 (one hour for lunch) or 09:30-18:00

Salary: Between 18,000 and 21,000 euros gross per year.

Location: EFI Higiene S.L. logistics center.

Work mode: On-site, with direct collaboration with all departments.
