At Hoteles Arrizul, we are looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist for our four-star establishment, Hotel Arrizul Congress. Our hotels, modern and strategically located next to La Concha and Zurriola beaches, offer a unique experience to both guests and our team.
You will be part of a professional environment, surrounded by the main points of interest in the city, pintxos areas, shopping, and the Kursaal Congress Palace, with excellent transport connections.
In this position...
You will be the first image of the hotel for our clients, managing reception and guest services during the night shift. You will be responsible for check-in and check-out, handling inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring a quality experience and personalized service.
Job requirements
Languages: Basic level of English and French.
How you will work with us
Schedule: Rotating night shift, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with one full week of work followed by one full week off.
Salary: To be agreed based on experience and merit.
