Digital Agricultural Advisor Technician (Stability)

At Cecoga Agro-Food Services, a leading company in Castilla y León with over 40 years of experience, we are looking to hire a Digital Advisory Agricultural Technician to strengthen our advisory team for farmers and livestock breeders.

You will be part of a well-established family business that is committed to digitalization and providing technical support to local agricultural operations.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients

You will assist farmers and livestock breeders both in person and remotely via phone and online, managing PAC (Common Agricultural Policy) procedures and advising on compliance with current agricultural legislation.

You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the digital farm record (CUE), as well as supporting REA (Agricultural Activities Register) and the periodic submission of treatment and fertilization records.

You will provide advice on integrated pest management and fertilization plans, and manage other agricultural grants and subsidies, monitoring deadlines and administrative requirements.

Job Requirements

Education: Agricultural degree: Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Agricultural Technician, Forestry or Natural Environment, Bachelor's Degree in Agro-Food and Rural Environment Engineering, or higher vocational training with proven experience.

Experience: Previous experience in PAC processing or field record management in advisory services, cooperatives, organizations, or agricultural unions.

Knowledge: Knowledge of agricultural regulations and management tools for dealing with the Administration.

Other: Good interpersonal skills with farmers and a valid driving license.

Additional qualifications: Pesticide applicator license or training in integrated pest management.

Digital skills: Proficiency in agricultural management software.

Local knowledge: Familiarity with the local agricultural environment.
