What does this job involve?

Arquitectura, Medios y Modificaciones SL is a continuously growing company within the architecture, construction, and renovation sector. We are passionate about developing projects that combine high-quality design, technical feasibility, and economic efficiency. We are currently looking to add a methodical and highly skilled architectural professional to our team.

You will join our technical team to take responsibility for developing executive plans in AutoCAD and the comprehensive preparation of measurements and budgets for the projects, ensuring the economic viability and technical accuracy of the projects.

Main Responsibilities
Executive Project Development: Drawing and modeling architectural plans, construction details, structures, and installations in AutoCAD.

Measurements and Quantifications: Extracting and analyzing quantities of work from graphic designs to estimate materials.
Budget Preparation: Creating unit price tables and detailed budgets by sections using specialized software (Presto, CYPE, or advanced Excel).

Tender and Procurement Management: Comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs.
