Training and Employment Technician

We are looking for a Training and Employment Technician to join our team in Valladolid

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience.

- Management of grants at ECYL.

- Professional certificates, private or employed.

Important: This position does not involve delivering training. We are seeking a person specialized in the administrative and technical management of subsidized training actions by ECYL (Public Employment Service of Castilla y León), especially in the field of employment training and professional certificates related to the transport sector.

Main responsibilities:

Comprehensive management of courses subsidized by ECYL.

Processing and monitoring of files on the platforms of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León.

Coordination of documentation for students, teachers, and training actions.

Preparation, review, and control of the documentation required during the execution and justification of the courses.

Communication with ECYL and monitoring of administrative procedures.

Coordination with the teaching and administration team to ensure the proper development of the training actions.
