Head Waiter/Head Waitress (Permanent Contract)

Are you passionate about team management and excellence in service? At Mesón Cuevas del Vino, an iconic restaurant-museum in Chinchón with over 60 years of history, we are looking to hire a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead our team and ensure a unique dining experience for our customers.

Located in an 18th-century former farmhouse and declared of Tourist Interest by the Community of Madrid, Mesón Cuevas del Vino is a benchmark in Castilian and Madrid gastronomy, specializing in traditional roasts and wood-fired oven cuisine.

In this position, you will be responsible for

Coordinating and supervising the dining room service, ensuring the highest quality and customer care in a historic and unique setting. You will manage the team of waiters/waitresses, organize shifts, and ensure compliance with the restaurant's standards.

Job requirements

Experience: Proven experience of between 5 and 10 years in similar front-of-house positions is required.

Languages: Knowledge of English and/or French will be positively valued.

Location: The position is based in Chinchón (Madrid).

Job details

Contract: Permanent, full-time with 40 hours per week.

Schedule: Two days a week with split shifts; the rest, full shifts.

Salary: To be agreed based on experience and professional merit.
