What does this job involve?

Requisitos:


Experiencia demostrable mínima de 6 meses en puesto similar
Formación mínima de Grado Medio (Administración o similar)
Buena actitud, responsabilidad y ganas de aprender
Don de gentes y habilidades comunicativas

Funciones principales:


Elaboración de presupuestos y facturas
Gestión de la contabilidad trimestral de la empresa
Atención a clientes y recepción de comerciales
Gestión de pedidos y recepción de mercancía en tienda
Explicación de la exposición de productos en tienda
Gestión y actualización de redes sociales de la empresa
Comunicación constante con dirección sobre presupuestos, incidencias y organización general
Gestión de agenda del jefe y coordinación de reuniones con clientes

Condiciones:


Jornada de 32 horas semanales de lunes a viernes
Vacaciones: 22 días laborables
Horario a concretar en entrevista personal
Entrevista presencial en nuestra oficina
Salario según convenio
Comienzo el día 5 de mayo de 2026
