Boroa Jatetxea, a carefully restored 15th-century farmhouse and a benchmark in traditional Basque cuisine, is looking to add an experienced Dining Room Waiter/Waitress to its team. In our restaurant, excellence in service and attention to detail are core values, and we seek professionals who share this philosophy.

The selected person will perform their duties in a unique environment, offering both a tasting menu and à la carte service. It is essential to have at least 2 years of experience in restaurants with similar characteristics, demonstrating ease in customer interaction and the ability to handle demanding, high-level service.

English language skills will be especially valued, given the international profile of part of our clientele, as well as adaptability and commitment to quality. It is necessary to have your own vehicle to comfortably access our facilities, located in a privileged rural setting.
