In this position, you will be responsible for…
Preparing and cooking dishes specialized in meat cuts, managing both the à la carte menu and the daily menu as well as the selection of pintxos. You will actively participate in the selection, treatment, and aging of meats, ensuring excellence in every service.
You will collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the quality and presentation standards that characterize Aritz Jatetxea, contributing to our customers' satisfaction.
Job requirements
Experience: Extensive previous experience as a cook is required, especially in handling and preparing meat cuts.
Technical knowledge: Proficiency in preparing daily menus, à la carte, and pintxos. Ability to work with high-quality meats and apply aging and treatment techniques.
