Head Waiter/Head Waitress - Fine Dining Restaurant in Bilbao

In this role, you will lead the dining room experience

You will be responsible for supervising the dining room staff, ensuring their uniformity, presentation, and discipline. You will oversee compliance with procedures and quality standards, guaranteeing attentive treatment towards customers and maximum satisfaction in service. Your work will be key to maintaining the excellence that distinguishes Meliá Bilbao in the sector.

Job Requirements

Education: Higher vocational training and/or university degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in gourmet restaurants.

Languages: Advanced English. Other languages will be valued.

Technical knowledge: Dining room management and sommelier skills, cost and stock control, experience with REVO and POS systems, advanced proficiency in the Office suite.

Competencies: Teamwork, service orientation, quality, and professionalism.
