As a Second Cook, your main responsibilities will include closely collaborating with the kitchen team in the preparation and creation of menus, ensuring the presentation and quality of each dish. You will participate in the daily organization of the kitchen, helping to maintain hygiene and food safety standards, and contributing to the efficiency of service in a dynamic and professional environment.
It is essential to have a Professional Cooking Certificate or equivalent training, as well as previous experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Mediterranean gastronomy, skills in managing mise en place, and the ability to work as part of a team under pressure will be valued. Availability to work morning or evening shifts from Wednesday to Sunday is essential.
The contract will be permanent, guaranteeing job stability from day one. The working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule that may vary according to reservations and restaurant needs.
