At CASA UROLA, a restaurant offering updated traditional Basque cuisine and recognized with two Soles Repsol, we are looking to hire a Front of House Manager to lead our team in San Sebastián.
CASA UROLA is a benchmark in Donostia gastronomy, recommended by the Michelin Guide and ranked among the top 15 restaurants in the Basque Country according to the Macarfi guide. Our project, led by the award-winning restaurateur Pablo Loureiro, combines tradition and excellence in every detail.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Managing the front of house service, ensuring the highest quality in customer service and team coordination. You will handle reservation management, order taking, and billing, as well as ensuring the daily smooth operation of the restaurant.
Job Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years in front of house roles, preferably in fine dining restaurants.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of wine and the ability to advise customers on pairings.
Languages: Sufficient English level for customer service. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
Skills: Organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail.
What we offer
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Schedule: Split shift, with two days off per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Holidays: 45 days of annual closure for holidays (late February to early March, late June to early July, and late November).
Salary: Between €25,000 and €30,000 net per year, depending on experience.
