In this role, you will take on key responsibilities
You will coordinate and supervise daily service in the dining area, leading and motivating the team during your shift. You will be responsible for ensuring close, efficient, and high-quality customer service, managing incidents and resolving operational issues effectively. You will perform cash counts and closures, oversee compliance with quality, cleanliness, and organization standards of the premises, and collaborate in planning shifts and tasks. Additionally, you will support the preparation of homemade pastries and other operational tasks when needed.
What we look for in your profile
Experience: Previous experience in responsible positions in hospitality (supervisor, shift manager, head waiter/waitress, or similar) is required.
Languages: Ability to communicate with customers in English.
Skills: Leadership, organization, initiative, problem-solving, agility during high-demand periods, customer orientation, and communication skills. Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail.
We especially value
Experience: Experience in fast food concepts will be considered a plus.
How you will work with us
Salary: Approximately €1,250 gross per month for 30 hours per week, with the possibility of increase depending on hours and responsibilities.
Schedule: Contract for 30-35 hours per week.
Time off: Two days off per week.
Training: Initial training and support to take on leadership responsibilities.
Onboarding plan: Initial period of training and adaptation to Khambú's processes.
