At Taberna Gastrobar El Verde, we are building a unique gastronomic concept right in the heart of Alicante and we are looking for our next Front of House Manager. We are a space where signature cuisine, fine wine, and hospitality come together to create memorable experiences. What will your mission be with us?

As Front of House Manager, you will be the driving force behind the technical service and the visible face of our hospitality:

Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and organize the front of house team, assigning tasks and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Customer Experience: Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service, managing reservations and handling any issues smoothly.

Gastronomic Passion: Promote the suggested sale of our wines, special dishes, and off-menu recommendations with knowledge and good judgment.

Coordination: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, also controlling basic stock and daily front of house needs.

What are we looking for in you?

Background: Proven experience as a front of house manager, head waiter/waitress, or senior waiter with strong leadership skills in the restaurant industry.

Commercial Profile: A passion for wine and a natural ability to recommend and highlight our products.

Attitude: An organized, proactive person with initiative and, above all, a real commitment and positive attitude towards teamwork.
