At ALIMENTOS SOA, S.L., we are driving a cutting-edge gastronomic project in San Sebastián-Donostia and are looking to hire an Operations Chef to lead the opening and the first phase of our restaurant-café space within GOe. SOA was born with the vocation to explore new culinary applications around doughs, fermentations, and local products, focusing on innovation and continuous development.
As an Operations Chef, you will have the opportunity to be part of a project with potential, actively participating in its growth and evolution towards future R&D phases and scalability in the food industry.

The daily operations of the café-restaurant space in the GOe building, organizing production, kitchen, and service, managing timing, quality, and team coordination. Additionally, you will contribute to the gastronomic evolution of the project and help build processes and operational culture from the start.

Experience: Previous experience in cooking, production, or operational management.
Skills: Organizational skills, leadership, and teamwork. A problem-solving, practical, and committed profile, with a positive attitude, energy, and a collaborative mindset.
Interests: Interest in doughs, fermentations, and gastronomic products.
Mindset: Growth-oriented and project-building mentality.
We especially value
Previous experience in: Bread making and doughs, fermentations, pizzerias, collective catering, gastronomic production, bakeries or production environments, and kitchen management (ERP TspoonLab).
Position details
Salary: €25,000 gross per year.
Participation: Stock Option Pool with the possibility of equity participation via vesting, linked to growth and retention in the project (progressive consolidation model over 4 years; conditions to be contractually defined).
Location: GOe – Gipuzkoa (San Sebastián-Donostia).
Start date: Immediate (June 2026).
