Waiter/Waitress (Permanent Contract)

At Grupo Chile Verde SL, through its innovative project Maruka Gastro, we are looking to hire a Dining Room Waiter/Waitress for our restaurant in Getaria. Maruka Gastro is a culinary proposal that blends creativity, simplicity, and flavor, featuring port cuisine and made-to-order dishes in a dynamic and original environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for...

Ensuring excellent customer service, from welcoming and seating guests to taking orders via PDA, serving dishes, and clearing tables, following the restaurant's protocols.

You will advise customers on the menu, daily specials, and allergens, ensuring proper table setup and breakdown, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

What we look for in your profile

Attitude: Proactivity, physical agility, and the ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on the dining experience.

Residence: Preferably living in Getaria or nearby towns such as Zarautz or Zumaia.

What makes you stand out

Previous experience: Experience in hospitality will be valued, although we prioritize attitude and the ability to learn.
