In this position, you will have the opportunity to...
Work directly with the head chef during service, taking responsibility for the daily preparation of mise en place, basic preparations, and support in various kitchen sections. You will maintain order, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of the workstation, as well as control of cold rooms, ingredients, and product rotation. You will participate in plating and service passes, ensuring compliance with basic hygiene, handling, and organizational standards. You will follow technical sheets and instructions, adapting to the real pace of an established restaurant.

Position details
Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Hours: Split shifts only on Friday and Saturday nights.
Days off: Sundays off.
Salary: According to skills and experience provided.
Location: Alicante city center, Plaza Nueva.
