Waiter/Waitress in Madrid

In this role, you will be responsible for...

Attending and serving customers both in the dining room and at the bar, ensuring a memorable experience. You will manage order taking and requests, as well as the service of food and beverages according to the establishment's standards. You will maintain order and cleanliness in your work area and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP). You will also handle payments and cash register closing, and assist in mise en place preparation.

Job requirements

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar position is valued but not essential.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Spanish and/or international cuisine is desirable.

Skills: Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure, especially during peak hours. Proactive attitude, responsibility, and customer orientation.

Availability: To work on weekends and holidays.

How you will work with us

Contract type: Permanent or temporary, to be agreed according to your needs.

Working hours: Full-time or part-time, also to be agreed.

Schedule: Rotating shifts for lunch and/or dinner.

Salary: According to the Hospitality Collective Agreement, plus incentives.

Start date: Immediate
