Requirements gathering: Meeting with clients (wineries, cooperatives, viticulturists) to understand their operational issues and define how the software can solve them.

2. Technical and Sectoral Liaison (Communication Bridge)

Expert dialogue: Speaking the same technical language as winemakers and field managers to build trust and capture their real needs.

Functional translation: Converting winemakers' needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and workflows for the consultancy's programmers.

3. Implementation and Training

Product validation: Testing software tools to ensure they accurately comply with sector regulations and practices.

Training and support: Training winery end-users in the use of the technology platform and supporting them through the digital transformation process.

Required Profile

Technical Skills

Business knowledge: Thorough understanding of wine sector regulations, wine traceability, and winery/field operations.

Tools: Project management (Jira, Trello, process diagramming tools) and proficiency with software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology environments.

Personal Competencies

Empathy and communication skills: Ability to engage one-on-one both with a viticulturist in the field and a software engineer in the office.

Analytical ability: Skill to transform manual or traditional processes into structured digital system logics.
