Baker's Assistant - Morning Shift

In this role, you will collaborate in:

The preparation of doughs, breads, and bakery products, supporting tasks such as preparation, baking, and cleaning of the bakery, always under the supervision of the bakery manager. You will follow given instructions and comply with legally established food hygiene and safety regulations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and making breads, pastries, and other bakery products; kneading, fermenting, baking, and finishing products; maintaining hygiene and safety in the bakery; controlling ingredients and raw materials; and caring for and maintaining bakery equipment and utensils.

Job Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in bakery is required.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards is essential.

Skills: We are looking for a responsible person with good organizational skills.

Your experience on the team

Schedule: From 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Contract type: Temporary replacement contract with the possibility of permanent hire.

Start date: Immediate.
