INNOVACION GASTRONOMICA, S.L., a restaurant specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and Alicante-style rice dishes, is looking to hire a Kitchen Porter to strengthen its team in a professional and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the premises, especially in the dishwashing area, office, and kitchen. You must ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of all customer utensils and tableware, as well as the disposal of waste in the appropriate containers.
Your duties will include applying the Quality Policy, carrying out tasks assigned by Management, reporting any incidents related to the quality of products and services, and managing regular department orders following established procedures.
Additionally, you should inform your supervisor of any issues related to your work and attend to other tasks that may be assigned by management, the Head Chef, or the Restaurant Manager.
Job Details
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM; Thursday and Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 PM to midnight. 75% workday. Sundays off.
Work mode: On-site at the restaurant.
Contract type: According to service needs and current regulations.
Onboarding plan: Integration supported by the kitchen and dining room teams and supervisors.
