Responsibilities
Comprehensive management of client portfolio.
Preparation of payrolls, severance payments, and social security contributions.
Registrations, deregistrations, and changes in Social Security (RED System).
Use of SILTR@, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@ programs, among others.
Tax settlement and filing.
Labor advice to companies in the hospitality sector.
Hiring, dismissals, and application of Collective Bargaining Agreements in collaboration with our legal department.
Management of labor incidents and contact with official agencies.
Requirements
Essential to have training in Labor Relations or Higher Vocational Training.
Minimum of 1 year experience in labor consultancy.
Experience with Sage payroll software and labor management software.
High level of Excel.
Up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations.
Organized, proactive, and client-oriented profile.
