Railway Mechanic

Mechanic - Railway Sector

We are looking for a mechanic with experience in assembling and disassembling industrial machinery or vehicles to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of railway vehicles, ensuring their proper functioning and safety. (A mid-level FP1 or higher FP2 vocational training degree is required)

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Diagnosis of problems and breakdowns in vehicles.

- Clutch replacement and machinery repair.

- Performing MAG welding when necessary.

- Maintenance and repair of diesel engine systems, suspension, and hydraulics.

- Carrying out general mechanical work and vehicle maintenance.

To perform this position, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

- Proven experience in diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.

- Solid knowledge of mechanics, engines, suspension, hydraulics, and MAG welding.

- Ability to work in a team and adapt to different work environments.

- Commitment to safety and quality in the performance of your duties.
