You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with processes and requirements in integrations, partner plants, and clients of Grupo UVESA, through the implementation of protocols and work plans that guarantee Animal Welfare standards. Likewise, you will act as a technical reference and support and consultation figure for the different work centers, contributing to alignment with the Group's guidelines and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in coordinating the certification phases of Grupo UVESA's integrations and plants.
- Participate in communication between UVESA and partner plants (breeders, hatcheries, etc.), clients, and external organizations.
- Conduct internal audits and deliver training and informational actions within your scope.
- Support Grupo UVESA's integrations and plants during external audits and in resolving any non-conformities.
- Review and develop processes, protocols, and common records across all integrations.
- Apply management systems (Quality, Occupational Risk Prevention, GP, LOPD, etc.) within your level of responsibility.
- Collect and send Animal Welfare indicators from Grupo UVESA's integrations and plants.
- Be a guarantor of Uvesa's values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (preferably Veterinary or similar).
- Desirable experience of 3 years in a similar position.
- Training in Welfair Quality poultry (broilers) and pork (sows and fattening) in its current version.
- Training in IAWS (Interporc Animal Welfare Spain) in its current version.
- Training in Global GAP.
- Knowledge of certification audits, homologation, and accreditations within the area.
- Knowledge of Animal Welfare legislation and regulations and similar.
- Advanced MS Office user, high level of English, driving license. Availability to travel.
