What does this job involve?

Building Site Manager with proven experience sought for joining a growing construction company.

Main responsibilities:

Organization and supervision of on-site work.

Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors.

Control of deadlines, quality, and safety.

Interpretation of plans and monitoring of execution.

Control of materials and orders.

Support to the construction manager in planning and financial control.

Requirements:

Experience as a building site manager.

Technical knowledge of construction processes.

Leadership and organizational skills.

Occupational Risk Prevention course (minimum 60 hours).

Driver's license.
