Building Site Manager in Valladolid

Building Construction Manager with experience sought for joining a growing construction company.

Main responsibilities:

Planning, execution, and comprehensive supervision of the construction project.

Financial control: budgets, certifications, deviations, and costs.

Deadline management through planning (Gantt) and milestone tracking.

Coordination of construction teams, site managers, and subcontractors.

Quality control and compliance with regulations and occupational risk prevention (PRL).

Liaison with project management, clients, and suppliers.

Procurement management and subcontractor contracting.

Requirements:

Experience as a construction manager in building projects.

Strong knowledge of cost control and scheduling.

Proficiency in management tools (Excel, Presto, MS Project, or similar).

Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving.

Driver's license.

Preferred:

Experience in residential, commercial, or renovation projects.

Knowledge of BIM.

Profile focused on cost optimization and process improvement.
