F&B Internship / Waiter/Waitress Assistant - Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid

YOUR MISSION AS A NEW F&B OPERATIONS TRAINEE will be to provide service in the corresponding areas - F&B outlets of our hotel.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

Greet and escort guests to their tables. Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked. Prepare tables, cutlery, and glasses. Offer menu recommendations upon request. Increase sales of additional products when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS ordering software. Communicate order details to kitchen staff. Provide food and beverage service throughout the different hotel areas (including Room Service).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences, you could be the ideal candidate for our team. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: Currently enrolled in a hotel management or related program, and able to sign an internship agreement with your institution. Some previous experience in the hotel industry (preferred). Proficiency in Spanish and English. Customer-oriented approach, creativity, and motivation for innovation.
