We are looking for a person capable of working independently, proactively without the need for constant supervision, and able to perform tasks across various work areas (tax, labor, property management, and finance).
Experience is valued but not essential. To verify knowledge, a skills test may be conducted. The job offer is for 20 hours per week, in the morning from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. There is a possibility to increase hours if the workload is sufficient.
The office is located next to Plaza Fuente Dorada. This is a great opportunity to gain first work experience or for someone with experience seeking a part-time morning schedule.
Tasks to be performed:
1- Internal accounting of the office.
2- Bank reconciliations and attending to residents and suppliers of homeowners' associations.
3- Document management and filing.
4- Drafting lease and property sale contracts.
5- Processing and submitting documentation to public agencies.
6- Monitoring administrative issues.
7- Managing schedules, documentation, and case files.
8- Filing tax forms with the AEAT. Forms 130 and 303.
