At ITSAS ETXEA - KOFRADIA, part of the renowned Grupo Sagardi, we are looking to add Waiter/Waitress and Cook profiles to our team in Donosti, as well as professionals with experience in leadership roles. Our new restaurant specializes in fish from Basque ports and represents the essence of traditional Basque cuisine, with a deep respect for the product, producers, and local culture.
You will be part of a well-established hospitality group, with over 30 venues in 5 countries and continuous growth, where excellence and authentic gastronomy are core values.
In this position...
You will perform typical front-of-house and kitchen duties, ensuring quality service and a unique gastronomic experience for our customers. If you apply for a leadership role, you will lead teams and contribute to the restaurant's operational management.
Job requirements
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is required.
Availability: Flexible hours to work full-time or part-time, with the ability to combine split and consecutive shifts.
Languages: Good command of Spanish, Basque, and English. Other languages will be valued.
Skills: Customer orientation, proactive attitude, and adaptability.
Motivation: Desire to be part of a gastronomic project with a future and growth potential.

Contract: Permanent, with stability in a consolidated and expanding group.
Working hours: Full-time or part-time, depending on availability.
Vacation: 35 calendar days per year.
