What does this job involve?

We are currently looking for a Waiter Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Attending to and advising customers according to the brand guidelines, knowing the features of the restaurant's offerings, and identifying customer needs to promote our options.

Restaurant Maintenance: Keeping the areas clean and tidy, especially those visible to customers. This includes cleaning and setting tables, maintaining personal appearance according to the brand policy, reporting incidents or malfunctions to the manager, and restocking cameras and auxiliary furniture as needed.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar position.

Positive attitude and values such as authenticity, positive energy, dynamism, and commitment.
