- Organizing and supervising the service of assigned tables.

- Advising on the menu, wines, and daily specials.

- Taking orders and ensuring their correct transmission to the kitchen and bar.

- Coordinating the work of waiters and assistants within your rank.

- Serving food and beverages following established protocols.

- Resolving incidents and handling first-level complaints.

- Supervising the setup and breakdown of the dining area.

- Checking the proper condition of equipment, tableware, glassware, and linens.

- Complying with and enforcing hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.

- Assisting in the training and onboarding of new team members.

- Daily organization of the service.
