What does this job involve?

We want to add staff to our team of advisors in Valladolid. We are looking to add outgoing people with commercial skills to the group, with or without experience in the sector. We offer specialized training and development plans to all our staff, supporting them to become great real estate professionals who represent the brand.

Responsibilities:

- Acquisition of properties for sale and rent.
- Continuous client follow-up.
- Incoming and outgoing calls for the agency.
- Valuation and negotiation.
- Support to owners and buyers before completing the sale-purchase.

Conditions:

- Permanent contract.
- Social Security registration.
- Continuous and specialized training.
- Schedule Monday to Friday 09:30 - 13:30 and 16:45 - 20:15, and Saturdays from 10:30 - 13:30.
- Salary 1,350 Euros per month.
