Job Description

A company dedicated to road freight transport is looking to hire an Accountant to join its Administration department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the company's accounting management, collaborating in economic and financial control and ensuring the correct recording of accounting operations.

Responsibilities

Recording customer and supplier invoices, leasing, loans
Bank reconciliations and account monitoring.
Management of collections and payments.
Expense control and accounting.
Support in monthly and annual accounting closings.
Preparation of documentation for tax filings and audits.
Management and filing of administrative documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
Proven experience in bank reconciliations.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Previous experience in transport or logistics companies is valued.
Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a team.
