Do you have experience in the hospitality sector and are looking for stability in a dynamic environment? At Synergie, we are recruiting cleaning and room preparation staff for a major hotel located in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid).

What we offer
Contract: Fixed-term intermittent (job stability).
Working hours: Full-time.
Work mode: On-site.
Salary: Competitive range according to collective agreement/merit (€1,000 - €3,000 gross/month depending on hours/extra shifts).
Start date: Immediate.
Your main duties
Room preparation: Changing linens, making beds with impeccable finishing, deep cleaning of bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping floors, and dusting.
Restocking amenities and supplies: Monitoring and replenishing gels, stationery, minibar, and courtesy items.
Management and maintenance: Organizing the cleaning cart, separating clean/dirty laundry, and reporting incidents or malfunctions to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Maintenance.
Attention to detail: Safekeeping and handing over items forgotten by guests to Reception.
What we are looking for in you
Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (room attendant or accommodation cleaning).
Education: Secondary Education (ESO) or High School Diploma.
Availability: Ready for immediate start.
Desirable: Experience or a vocation for customer service and teamwork is valued.
