Waiter/Waitress for Dining Room and Bar in Bilbao

At Mokadu, an informal spot for sandwiches, natural wines, and cocktails in the heart of Bilbao, we are growing and want to add a Waiter/Waitress for Dining Room and Bar to our team who is eager to contribute and develop in a dynamic and authentic environment.

In this role...

You will be responsible for managing service both in the dining room and at the bar, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. You will attend to guests, recommend natural wines, and prepare cocktails, actively participating in the daily operations of the venue and special events.

Job Requirements

Experience: At least 1 year in hospitality.

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B1 level), both essential.

Education: High school diploma.

Residence: Bilbao.

Other: Punctuality, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in wines and mixology.


 

Job Details

Contract: Permanent contract according to the Bizkaia Hospitality Collective Agreement 2021–2027.

Working hours: Between 15 and 35 hours per week, adapted to the profile.

Schedule: Lunch and dinner shifts, Tuesday to Saturday, plus special events.

Start date: Immediate.

Team environment: Excellent work atmosphere in a project with personality and in full growth.

Languages: Basque.

Additional experience: Having worked simultaneously in dining room and bar.

Extra knowledge: Natural wine or signature mixology.
