Dishwasher for major hotels in Barcelona

Do you have experience in kitchen or office work and are looking for a stable opportunity in the hospitality sector? At Synergie, we are hiring Dishwashers / Office Operators to join immediately the kitchens of major hotels located in the city of Barcelona.

We are looking for active, efficient, and committed individuals to maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth service for the front and kitchen teams.

What we offer

Contract: Fixed-term intermittent contract (job stability).

Working hours: Full-time.

Work mode: On-site in Barcelona.

Salary: Competitive range according to collective agreement/merit (€1,000 - €3,000 gross/month).

Start date: Immediate.

Your main duties

Washing and sorting kitchenware: Cleaning dishes, glassware, and cutlery (both by hand and using industrial tunnel/dishwasher), as well as washing pots, pans, and large utensils.

Maintenance and organization: Quality control of cleaning (ensuring removal of grease/residues), drying, sorting, and storing materials in their designated areas.

Facility hygiene: Mopping and disinfecting floors, countertops, work surfaces, machinery, and storage areas.

Waste management: Regular removal of trash, emptying bins, and proper handling at the hotel's recycling points.

What we look for in you

Experience: At least 6 months of previous experience in kitchen, office, or industrial/restaurant cleaning.

Education: High school diploma.

Key skills: High speed, agility, ability to work under demanding workloads, and strict hygiene standards.
