Your main duties

Welcome and luggage management: Greeting guests upon arrival, collecting and transporting luggage to the room or temporary storage at the luggage room.

Escort and guidance: Accompanying the guest to the room, explaining the operation of the facilities (air conditioning, lights, home automation, safe), and providing information about the hotel's general services.

Guest service and concierge: Personalized assistance, managing external services (taxi booking, transfers, messaging), and local tourist recommendations about Madrid.

Farewell: Assisting with luggage during check-out and warmly bidding farewell to the guest.

What we look for in you

Education: High school diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, concierge, bellhop, or reception roles in the hospitality/tourism sector.
