What does this job involve?

Official Honda dealer in Valladolid is looking to hire a person for our After-Sales department.

Responsibilities:

Customer service and reception.

Management of appointments and work orders.

Preparation and follow-up of estimates.

Monitoring repairs and maintenance.

Warranty and documentation management.

Coordination with the workshop team.

Motorcycle delivery and customer care.

We value:

Previous experience in customer service, after-sales, or automotive/motorcycles.

Organized, responsible, and proactive person.

Good communication skills and customer relations.

Computer skills.

Knowledge of mechanics and experience in the motorcycle sector will be a plus.
