Waiter/Waitress for Dining Room and Bar in Artzentales

Amalurra Ecohotel & Retreat Center is an organic resort located in Artzentales, Bizkaia, surrounded by nature and dedicated to promoting the holistic well-being of people. Our 10-hectare space is designed to encourage healing, enjoyment, and connection with the environment, offering a unique experience of conscious and sustainable hospitality.

We are currently looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress for dining room and bar for our restaurant and bar-cafeteria. The selected person will be responsible for customer service, table preparation and service, as well as bar service when needed. Their duties will include preparing the service, serving in the dining room, and performing related tasks under the supervision of the shift manager.

It is essential to have at least 6 months of experience. Knowledge of Basque and English will be positively valued. Immediate availability and willingness to work weekends are required. The contract is a fixed discontinuous contract, initially part-time (20h/week) in May, extendable to full-time from May 15, with the possibility of continuing until December. Salary is according to the collective agreement, and continuous shifts are prioritized, reserving split shifts only for occasional needs.
