Waiter/Waitress - Barista

At CARAÏ Slow Bakery, we are looking to hire a Waiter/Barista to strengthen our front-of-house and bar team. If you are passionate about customer service and interested in the world of specialty coffee, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic and welcoming environment.

This position involves a variety of tasks

You will be responsible for rotating between bar, dining area, and barista duties, ensuring excellent customer service in the dining room and managing order taking. You will also prepare coffee and other drinks at the bar, as well as maintain cleanliness and order in the work areas.

What we look for in your profile

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, whether at the bar, dining room, or café, will be valued. If you don’t have it, we seek people eager to learn and grow in the sector.

Attitude: A positive approach to customer interaction, organization, and the ability to work well in a team.

Availability: Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, is essential.

What makes you stand out

Additional knowledge: Previous experience with specialty coffee is a plus, though not required, as we provide internal training.

Position details

Working hours: 40 or 30 hours per week contract, to be agreed based on the profile.

Start date: Immediate incorporation.
