We are looking for a cook or assistant to join the team at La Taberna del Herrero in downtown Valladolid. If you have a passion for traditional Castilian cuisine, quality tapas, and thrive in a dynamic and organized environment, we want to meet you!

Your Responsibilities

Preparation and plating of traditional tapas and portions.

Ingredient preparation and kitchen stock control.

Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations (HACCP).

Requirements

Proven previous experience in similar hospitality/restaurant positions.

Agility, ability to work under high order volume, and team spirit.

Training in cooking/hospitality and residence in Valladolid are a plus.
