First-Class Construction Worker in Valladolid

We are looking to hire a First-Class Construction Worker for a long-term project in Valladolid (La Rosaleda). The role's mission is to carry out specific construction tasks according to the instructions of the Foreman or Site Manager, directly contributing to the physical progress of the project. The job involves applying technical skills to perform activities such as formwork, masonry, installations, among others, complying with the required quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will be:

Mastery of masonry work and handling of the tools and machinery specific to the trade.

Organize the process and workflow of assigned construction tasks.

Control and monitor the execution of specific construction works.

Receive and organize materials in the absence of the Foreman.

Carry out site cleaning and maintenance of facilities.

Perform tasks related to the arrangement and placement of materials at the work fronts.

Ensure compliance with safety measures on site.

Use PPE and collective protection measures.

Requirements and skills:

· Proven experience as a First-Class Construction Worker.

· Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation is a plus.

· Responsibility, commitment, and quality orientation.

· Ability to work in a team.

· Organization and problem-solving skills on site.

· Occupational Risk Prevention Training 60hrs (PRL).
